What areas do you serve?

We mainly serve the Tampa Bay Area — Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

Do you have delivery and installation fees?

If your order is longer than 12ft or requires our artist to reach new heights (higher than 8ft), we may need a little extra muscle. Installation fees start at $100.

A distance fee is added to any setups outside of the Tampa Bay Area. 

Distance fees are as follows:

• 20-40 miles from our Tampa prepping site (33613 zip code) : $60

• 41-60 miles: $110

• 61-101 miles: Contact us for a quote 

How long does installation take?

For orders larger than 12ft, we kindly request a minimum setup time of 90 minutes.

Please note, large and extensive setups may require additional time. 

Do you have a minimum order requirement? 

Yes, we have a minimum balloon order of $200 in order to receive delivery and installation. 

Orders below $200 can still opt for a budget-friendly option, our Grab-N-Go Garland.

Our Grab-N-Go Garlands are like ready-to-go parties. We craft them for you entirely and then they're yours for the taking. You pick them up and install at your location with the materials and instructions provided. Please make sure you bring a vehicle large enough to transport your garlands. 

What kinds of balloons do we inflate the fun with?

We're all about 100% biodegradable latex balloons and shiny, sparkly, mylar foil balloons. They're the crème de la crème of balloons – top-notch quality for your celebration!

Do you require a deposit?

Orders over $500 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount is due 24-hours prior to your event. 

Do you have a cancellation policy? 

As balloons are delicate and customized items, all purchases are considered final. Deposits securing your event date are non-refundable.

Can you come to the event venue and tell me what I need?

Based on your event location and creative vision, we may find it beneficial to arrange an in-person consultation at the event space for personalized advice. Alternatively, you can capture photos, videos, and measurements and share these details with us for a comprehensive phone consultation.
